About Erica

Erica Denise Moore is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. She holds a B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of West Florida in Pensacola. She also holds a Certificate of International Law from the University of Amsterdam in The Netherlands.  Upon graduating from law school, Erica entered education as a School Teacher and rose to the level of Principal in only 3 years.  She is a reformer of failing schools and children services, often setting trends for practices for the State of Florida.

As an Assistant County Attorney, Erica Denise Moore has represented local government in a variety of departments from Health and Human Services, Human Resources, Code Enforcement, Public Works, Utilities, and Building Inspection.  She has vast experience government contracts, policies, land use and ordinances.  Erica often worked with Community Redevelopment Agencies in West St. Augustine and Vilano Beach and other Citizen boards seeking to revitalize their communities.

Now, in private practice, Erica brings practical solutions to corporate and engineering clients and individuals impacted by government regulations.  She also represents clients planning estates, Social Security Disability, Veteran Affairs and Education law issues.
